As far as I can tell, the house the blond woman is in (Ginger? Hair seems too long, but she could be in a wig) is a new house. It’s not Fangtasia (they have the puffy black leather door, and their windows are blacked out), it’s not Lala’s (Lala’s door is white with a window in it, not a solid wood door) or Jason’s (he has a solid wood door, but not like this, and he doesn’t have red fairy lights up in his house).
Maybe this is Ginger’s actual house? She has one, in Bossier City.

Does this remind anyone of the wind-up to the various genocides of the 20th century (take your pick)? Burrell is most dangerous because he sounds so reasonable. Most of the comments I’ve seen are split between thinking he might have a point, and worry for “our” vamps. This is gonna be an interesting season.

Yes. And I just said this about Ginger. The list of “they better not hurt” people is very specific for me. :) In no particular order (oh, hell, at least after Pam): Eric, Sookie, Tara, Jason, Jessica, Lafayette, Pam, Sam, Ginger,Terry, Arlene, Andy, Emma Pup … I am forgetting someone, but … NO HURTING PEOPLE!
And yes, I know how absurd that sounds for the show that’s based in hurting people. Do not care! :)
